Rachel is Producer, Conferences and Events. She was formerly with The National Council of La Raza (NCLR), headquartered in Washington, DC for ten years, first serving as Affiliate Services Coordinator and then as Special Assistant to former NCLR President Raul Yzaguirre before accepting a promotion in 2002 as the Director of Meetings and Logistics. In her former position as Director of Meetings and Logistics she was responsible for ensuring that the Meetings and Logistics Team was productive and efficient and adhered to the mission while achieving event and meeting goals. Rachel oversaw the National Conferences for years of which Revival produced for four consecutive years. She was responsible for everything from negotiating hotel vendor contracts to supervising luncheons for 3,000. Her ability to handle multiple tasks and overall project management is amazing. And she does it all with a great attitude and attention to customer service. We are very fortunate to have Rachel as part of the Revival team.
