Jeff’s first job in entertainment was working for Dick Clark Productions as a runner. (Run this here, run that there, etc.) He soon began to find his niche variety television working as a production coordinator, and travel coordinator on shows such as: The American Music Awards, Soul Train Music Awards, U. S. Comedy Arts Festival and the Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta.
He then began to focus his energy on the production aspects of entertainment becoming a Production Manager, Associate Producer and Line Producer. Jeff has since been a Producer or Line Producer on projects for FOX, NBC, TNT, ABC, Nickelodeon, and MTV.
Jeff founded Backhand Productions, Inc. in 2000. Immediately he was awarded the contract to produce 14 hours of live TV content for the Democratic National Committee in the fall of 2000. Backhand went on to produce a series of diverse, high quality productions. With a passion for quality production and the desire to serve the church, Jeff launched Revival Productions in the spring of 2007. Revival has already produced several projects including a major church sanctuary renovation of Faith Community Church in Southern California.
He is known for his ability to produce large and complex productions with a cool head. Jeff’s goal for the company is to provide the highest level of production excellence for the Faith Based community, within their budget parameters.
Jeff earned a degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona. Jeff is a member of the Producers Guild of America, Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Southern California Minority Business Development Council, and resides in Southern California with his wife Karen.
